WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

Ultra Vision Lighting offer a 5 year Warranty on all our Nitro product range and Mine Lighting range (excluding the Atom 45 and 50, which has a 3 year warranty).

Our Raptor range is also covered by a 3 year Warranty.

We also offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, if the product does not meet the expectations of the customer. This requires the product to be returned in a resealable condition.

It is recommend to use our proprietary wiring loom. If this is not the case, or the wiring loom has been tampered with, this may void any warranty claim on the product if it is found that the light has been wired incorrectly. Non-use of our wiring loom will be agreed on a case by case basis for specific clients. This is to be agreed in writing by both parties.

If a product is found to be faulty within the first 12 months after purchase, a replacement will be provided. This is for current model stock only and does not relate to discontinued product lines. Ultra Vision’s customer can swap a like for like product to the end user and we will replace this stock to our customer. For a discontinued line, if the product is found to be faulty, Ultra Vision may choose to repair or refund the item. Under agreement of both parties, a replacement may be negotiated with a current model of similar specifications.

After 12 months, Ultra Vision will review each warranty and repair, if this is possible, or choose to replace the item with a suitable substitute product.

To return goods for warranty replacement, credit or repair, all goods must have a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number assigned to them.

To do this, please fill out the online form. All compulsory fields must be completed before the form can be submitted.

Once the form is completed and submitted, the information will be reviewed and you will receive a response with the RMA number and the TNT consignment details.

Customers may be asked to provide photographic substantiation for the claim.

Print out the returned RMA and the TNT consignment slip. Place the RMA inside the box with the goods. Place the TNT consignment slip on the box and write the RMA number on the outside of the box also.

The goods will then be picked up.

Any replacement product sent prior to the warranty item being received by Ultra Vision will be invoiced to the customer. Once the returned stock is received by Ultra Vision, it will be inspected and a credit will be issued. If there are any issues with the
returned stock, Ultra Vision will advise the customer in writing.

All goods must be packed for return appropriately so no damage can occur in transit. If damage occurs due to poor or no packaging care, this will affect your credit or repair costs (in or out of warranty).
